Shipping & Return Information

Our dispatch team will endeavour to process your order within 2 business days of payment being received.
As a default, orders are shipped from Melbourne, VIC dispatch facility unless inventory requires otherwise.
Frontline Audio uses Australia Post/Startrack which is estimated at 3 to 7 Business Days for delivery (depending on your location).
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information and details of your order.
You can track your items via the AusPost or StarTrack websites.

Please note: Frontline Audio  makes every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate. However, we cannot be held responsible for any error or omission that is beyond our control. We also cannot offer compensation to customers for any system errors that are beyond our control.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere.

We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your cart and completing your purchase.

If your purchase does not suit your needs and it is within 30 days of delivery to you, we are happy to provide an exchange to a more suitable product of equal or greater value, provided you pay the difference.

RESTOCKING FEE
Please bear in mind that if your returned item can no longer be sold as brand new a 10%-30% restocking fee will apply.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, earphones and headphones can’t be returned.
